You, („user“, „customer“, „buyer“) and Attikk ehf., Laugavegi 90, 101 Reykjavík, kt. 450221-1630 (“Attikk”), accept the following:
Attikk Terms of Service

General
Attikk sells both pre-owned and new luxury designer items. The products are owned by Attikk, sold for a third-party or sold by Attikk for individual sellers. Products are sold on Attikk’s online store, https://attikk.is or in-store at Laugavegur 90, 101 Reykjavík - Iceland. These terms define the rights and obligations of both Attikk and the user.
By creating an account, accessing or using our service, or placing an order, You acknowledge that You have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
Eligibility
Buyer guarantees that all personal information provided to Attikk are correct and only concerns the Customer himself. Buyer thereby agrees to provide current, whole and exact information for every order places on Attikk’s online store. This includes, but is not limited to, email, phone number, card number and card expiry date, so Attikk can complete the transaction and be in contact if needed. Customer is responsible for updating any information if necessary. Customer is only permitted to use his own cards and social security number when placing an order with Attikk.
Disclaimer
Attikk reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice. All published information and prices carry a disclaimer for typographical errors. Attikk therefore reserves the right to cancel an order if it turns out that a product is priced wrong, sold out or has an insufficient or wrong description of condition.
Condition of the product
All products sold by Attikk are used and/or have a previous owner. Items are sold as-is and it’s important for the buyer to study the item’s condition before placing an order. Attikk is not liable for any faults or damages that may occur after purchase.
In-store Pick Up
Online orders can be picked up in-store any time during opening horse for free. Buyer will be notified by email or text when the order is ready for pick up.

Delivery
Attikk uses Sending.is, Posturinn and DHL for deliveries of online orders. Pricing and shipping duration varies between services. When Buyer chooses to have an order delivered with our affiliated delivery services and agrees to Attikk’s TOS, the Buyer also agrees to the terms and conditions of the selected service .
Pakkasendingar hjá Sending.is eru tryggðar að hámarki 30.000,- ISK, ekki er hægt að kaupa viðbótartryggingu. Package deliveries at Pósturinn are insured up to 22.500,- ISK, but an extra insurance can be bought, covering up to 3.000.000,- ISK. Extra insurance has to be specifically selected at check out.
Returns and refunds
Attikk is a consignment shop and puts great responsibility on the customer to ensure they know the products condition before purchase. Items on consignment can not be returned or swapped when shopping in-store. Online if damages are beyond what was stated in the items description of condition or beyond what was visible on images published to attikk.is license the Buyer’s right to return the item and wish to be refunded for their order, provided the item still has the Attikk hang tag attached and was ordered within the last 14 days. A refund can only be issued to the same card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. Shipping/delivery fees are not refunded. Fees related to re-shipping to Attikk is at the Buyer’s expense.
Privacy
Attikk is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our Customers and swears to protect all information given in regards to Buyer’s transaction with Attikk. The information will not be provided to any third party unless under obligation to the law.
Gift cards
Gift Cards bought on Attikk’s online store (attikk.is) are valid for 4 years from issue. The gift cards can only be issued to a mobile phone number, email or pickup at Attikk store. The gift cards are subject to YAY’s terms and conditions (yay.is).
Subscription
Users can buy a subscription to Attikk.is by choosing subscription route and inputting card information. Pricing for subscription is stated as well as any disclaimers on changing prices. The subscriptions are automatically renewed after each subscription if subscription is not cancelled by User. User will be notified in cases if the subscription prices will be subject to change during subscription period.
Legislations and forums
Transactions with Attikk and clauses in Attikk’s contracts concern Icelandic legislation. Any disputes between Attikk and the Customer shall be disputed in Icelandic Court.
